"Cheers to Jill Mashburn for her "bulldog" tenacity. I had a problem come out of nowhere with Traveler's - my monthly payment amount was changed to a higher amount without notification to me and I was told that my September payment for my car insurance had not been paid. Since payments were to go automatically on my credit card, I had nothing to do with this - the problem was with Traveler's to explain and fix. I contacted Jill and she immediately went to work. It took a week but in the end it was resolved - the problem was Travelers due to a glitch in their computer software and my issues were returned to original status. Jill was persistent with them, when she was given an explanation that made no sense she kept going back and got it fixed. A great person to have working for the customer. Thanx, Jill, you're #1!!"
