Select your state of residence “Georgia” Scroll down to 2016 Plans, Select “Georgia Managed Choice Open Access w/Pediatric Dental”, click Continue. Enter your doctor’s name and zip code. SEARCH **When typing doctor name, some will show up in a drop-down list. If your doctor does NOT show up in the drop-down, STILL SEARCH. Often these doctors are still in network. |

If not, just search anyways. Sometimes the doctor may still be in-network. |
